Getting Started

Obtaining a Baseline

Any improvement program, whether personal or organizational, requires a valid fact base to plot your course.

You probably want to know the answers to these three questions:

  1. What is causing my problems?

  2. Can you help me?

  3. How long will this take?

From the understanding that the body will heal itself, moving toward an equilibrium, our goal is to find out which stressors keep pushing the body over its threshold, and which system has the lowest threshold for stress.

"measure twice, cut once"

Intake forms serve several purposes:

  1. Provide a baseline of reference for future testing.

  2. Provide awareness of the current state of wellness.

  3. Identify the need for a referral.

The forms we use:

Client history

informed Consent

Nutrition and Lifestyle Questionnaire

Epigenetic Diet Typing

Allergy and Food Intolerance Screen

The first session

The first session is designed to get to know eachother. During your first session, we will:

  • Talk about the coaching approach, the philosophy behind it, and what it will look like applied to your individual needs.

  • Review the findings from your initial intake forms.

  • Take a physical inventory - including posture, movement screens, and orthopedic testing (if necessary).

  • Break down your entire case and develop a holistic program including exercise, diet and lifestyle that are goal-affirmative.
